Orders & pricing
Prices and stock are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing or stock error is discovered before dispatch; in that case any payment is fully refunded.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and cheque. The order is confirmed once payment (or COD acceptance) is received and stock is allocated.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to all genuine products. See the Returns & Refunds page for details on the claim process.
User conduct
You agree not to use the site for fraud, scraping, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach this clause without notice.
Liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.
