7-day return window
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation. To start a return, contact us with your order number — we'll arrange pickup or instruct on shipping.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If a product is faulty out of the box, notify us within 48 hours. We will replace the unit at no cost, subject to manufacturer DOA verification.
Warranty claims
Manufacturer warranty applies to all genuine products. Contact us first — we'll coordinate with the brand's service centre on your behalf where possible.
Non-returnable items
- Used or installed components.
- Items with damaged or missing packaging.
- Software, downloadable content, custom-built PCs.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer; bank transfer payments are reversed to the originating account.
